今日、Ｂ6が無事日本へ届きました。様々なアドバイスを頂きありがとう。
私は初めてUSAのショップへＢ6を注文したので、どのようにすれば良いか、分かりませんでした。実は、他の店にも数社、問合せをしたのですが、どこも事務的で冷たい返答ばかりだった。でも、B社のP氏だけはとても親身に早いレスポンスでメールをくれました。
私はB社の社長に御社の顧客対応は素晴らしいと感謝を伝えたい。

B6 reached Japan safely today. Thanks for your various advices.
Since, this the first time I ordered B6 to a shop in USA, I didn't know how to do it.
To be honest, I also inquired various companies in other stores but all I received were businesslike cold replies. But, I got really kind and fast response through mail from Mr.P of B.
I want to convey my gratitude to the President of B for the wonderful customer support.
