just to let you know that the sale of the house is complete. The money will be transferred into our account and I will let you know when I transfer the money to you.

The rest of the items I am storing it in a store i rented for 2 months.

There are 3 boxes which I need to send to you. Please let me know when is a good time to send over and I will do it.

As for the pitcher, I will bring it over personally in the middle of April. I am planning to visit Tokyo again in April.
