しかし、このPプロセスを踏むことで、結果私の身体のケアを阻害する様な選択はしなくてよいと理解した。

理解できないと前に進めない傾向が強いとずっと思っていたが、私はNであり必要性は理解しているはずであった。私のセルフケアへの行動を止めてきたのはSであった事を全体像として理解した。

そして、この気づきは私の他のセルフケアの行動にも波及し、私の身体が要求するケアに私はより気づく事が出来る様になった。代替の行動として、サプリメントをとるという行動を継続してきた。

But I understood that, by doing this P process, I don't have to make a decision which would prevent my body care.

I've been thinking myself that I have strong tendency of not being able to proceed without understanding, but I'm N and I must have understood the necessity. I understood as a big picture, that what have being preventing my action for self-care was S.

And this awareness affects to my other selfcare actions, so I became to be able to notice about what my body requires. Instead I've kept consuming supplements.
