あの住宅は実はQueenslandの高床式の住宅も参考にしているので
ブリスベンからそのようなメールを貰うのはとても嬉しいです。

残念なことにオーストラリアでプロジェクトを行なったことは無いのだけれど
友人がQueensland大学の客員教授をしているので対応は可能だと思います。

I am really happy to receive the letter like it from Brisbane, because the house was designed with reference to raised-floor constructions in Queensland.
Unfortunately, I have never done projects in Australia. But I think I can deal with it since I have a friend who is a guest professor in the University of Queensland.
