It's okay. I understand the language barrier.

So, I have to refund your money through ebay instead of paypal, and the only way for me to do that sf for you to open a case. Then, I select "partial refund", type in the amount, and ebay sends you an email asking you to approve. When you do, the money goes into your account. Just don't select "close case" until the refund is already complete.
