店長はいつもお買い物してくれるお客様とお店を一周するだけで出て行くお客様と対応の違いがまったく違っている。それはもう見ていていらいらするほどだ。更に見たことがないお客様が来店した場合、彼の偏見の目でお客様への対応を決める。たとえば確実に彼が嫌っているのは若い勢いのあるお客さんだ。そういうお客さんが来店すると黙って知らぬふりをして、質問をされたときの対応も明らかに適当だ。目線は絶対にお客さんには合わせようとせずずっとパソコンの画面を見ている。

The shop manager's attitude towards customers who always shop there and customers who are just taking a look around the shop is completely different. Now, just by seeing that I get riled up.
