商品が届いたのですが、ジャケットのチャックの横あたりに破れがありました。
タグも付いていませんでした。
この状態では、着る事が出来ませんので、返品か返金してください。
宜しくお願いします。

I received a jacket I ordered but it was torn at the side zipper nor it has no tag with it.
I don't want to wear such a jacket, so I want to either return the item or receive a refund.
Please let me know what you can do.
