Camera 420342389405509699937068872495 that arrived damaged was shipped with other 3 cameras within the shipping box, however you provided a picture of only 1 camera inside the box. May I ask about the other 3 cameras and how all of them arrived to you? Also, you never confirmed that the cracked screen would not power. Can you send a picture of the camera on? That way we can see the total damage.

Please clarify my concerns/provide information to proceed.

故障した状態で届いた 420342389405509699937068872495 のカメラは、他のカメラ３台と同梱で発送されています。しかしながら、お客様からいただいた写真には箱の中にカメラが１台しか写っていません。他のカメラ３台はどのような状態で届いたのか、お知らせいただけないでしょうか。また、画面に傷がついている状態で電源が入るかどうかの確認をされておりません。カメラの電源を入れた状態の写真を送っていただけないでしょうか。電源投入時の写真を見れば、故障の全体像を把握することができます。
