日本のデザインコンテスト事務局です。
先生と8月にお会いしました。覚えていらっしゃいますか?

さて、貴校の生徒、a,b,cの3名がファイナリストに選ばれました。
おめでとうございます。ご本人たちにはSさんから連絡済みです。

つきましては、応募用紙だけ書いて、デザイン画の提出がなかった方たちの
応募用紙を受け取りたいです。16名ほどいらっしゃったと思います。

11月2日の朝9時に訪問したいですが、先生はご都合いかがですか?
お返事お待ちしています。

3 of your students a, b, and c have been chosen as the finalists.
Congratulations. S already infromed them.

Accordingly, we'd like to collect the application papers of the people who filled in the application but did not submit the design drawing. I think there were around 16 of them.

I'd like to visit you on November 2nd at 9 am. How's your schedule?
