Amazonマーケットプレイスで販売した際、購入者への評価依頼を自動で送るシステム

Amazon.co.jp での商品購入者のデータをAPI経由で自動取得し、
その後、購入者に対して自動で評価依頼のメッセージを送る。
送信するメッセージは固定 もしくは 変更可能 どちらもでOKです。
（変数等が使えるなどカスタマイズできるとなお良いです）

システム利用にあたりBASIC認証機能を付けていただきたいです。

ソース開示していただけることが前提です

Automatic system to request evaluation to the buyer for Amazon Market Place sales

Automatically acquire buyer data at Amazon.co.jp via API, then automatically send a message to request for an evaluation. Outgoing message can be fixed or changeable, both are fine.
(Better if it can be customized to enable variable to change)

For us to start using this system, please add BASIC verification function.

Open source is a prerequisite.
Also please inform us the developmental language that you are planning to use.
