銀行の照会情報（居住証明に加え、私たちを宛名とするもの）

1) 貴方がご自身でお使いの銀行全てのリスト
　　申請書のコピーを添付してください
　　口座の開設には本部の承認が要りますので、申請をサポートするためできる限り詳しい情報のご提供をお薦めします。
　　加えて、申請者各自の下記書類のコピーをご提出ください。
1) 住所を証明するもの
　　 住所記載があれば運転免許証、賃貸住宅に入居されている場合は賃貸借契約書で結構です
