あなたからこのデジカメを５つ購入しましたが、そのうち一つはカメラ本体が入っておりませんでした。また、他の一つは初期不良なのか起動しません。どうしたら良いでしょうか？

I have purchased five of these digital cameras from you, but one of it didn't have the camera in it. In addition, the other one could be detected as initial failure, as it doesn't activate. I would appreciate if you could tell me what to do. Thank you.
