「そもそもアンケートの回答を友達がしていたり何かしらの義務でやっているかもしれない。またアンケートをとる人と判断をする人は大概別の人間ですよね。明日までに回答が10件必要だからと知り合いに頼んだ結果、8割が満足しているという回答を得てそれで判断してしまったり。使ってみたこともない人がコメントを書いている可能性だってあります。だから耳だけは危険、耳に頼っちゃダメなんです」。

"For starters, if your friends do it then they might be doing it out of some sort of obligation to you. And the people who take the surveys are quite different than the people who make decisions. If I need ten answers by tomorrow then I'll ask my friends and I get that 80% of them are satisfied and make my decision based off that. It could be that people who have never used it wrote down comments. That's why relying on just your ears is risky and not something I recommend."
