Don't listen to use one voice; pictures and voices go together.
Mr. Nishiyama talks that there are many Japanese products but it's highly probable to develop products on misread data. It's risky to listen to much to users' "words." Whether it's Twitter's tweets or Facebook posts, these are all just "ear data." It doesn't mean anything no matter how any you collect and gather.
