こんにちは　先日はありがとうございました。私はあなたのお人形を大変気に入りました。しかし、一つ質問があります。前回購入したこちらの子、２体とも、時間が経つと、お顔のペイントがテカリます。スポンジで丁寧にふきとっても、しばらくするとまた光沢がでてきます。てからないように対処する方法を教えてください。またあなたからお人形を買いたいと思っておりますが、この問題が解決しないと再びの良いご縁が結べません。お返事お待ちしております。

For both of the two children I purchased previously, as time passed, the paint on their face became shiny. Even if I thoroughly wipe them with a sponge, after a little while they shine again. Please tell me a method to handle this so that they don't shine.
