報告に時間がかかりましたことを大変申し訳なく思います。

１．商品を再度発送します。発送方法は速達となり1週間程度で到着します。
速達にかかる送料はわたくしが負担します。

２．注文をキャンセルし全額を返金いたします。

本来であればすでに商品が到着して喜んでいただいているのが理想ですが、このような報告をしなければならないことを大変申し訳ない。
