■自分にとってのGTD
GTDと出会って数年経ちますが、両者違いについて、自分の言葉で説明することがなかなか出来ませんでした。
最近、やっと自分なりに納得の出来る解釈が出来るようになったので、再整理を行う意味で記事にしたいと思います。
最初にGTD前の自分と後の自分で何が変わったかと言うと、仕事中も含め、日常生活上でのストレスが無くなったことだと思います。
簡単にいうならば、何か心の中でモヤモヤするものが殆ど無くなったことが、GTDの最大の効果だった言えるでしょう。
What GTD means to me
It has been many years since I first learnt about GTD, but I have always found it difficult to express the differences between the two in my own words.
Recently, I've finally found a way to explain it that I feel comfortable with, so I've decided to write my thoughts about it again.
Firstly, the difference between the me before learning about GTD and the me after was that I no longer became stressed at work and in my daily life.
To put it simply, the fact that I no longer felt depressed and gloomy was the greatest effect that GTD had on me.
