- Not all of the requirements must be met in order to move up a level (promotion). However, if all the criteria are met, the candidate must be eligible for promotion, and if not, the reason will be shared with the management team and the reason will be fed back to the candidate.
- Dual careers and multiple jobs are acceptable; the higher the availability, the better the fit with TF's business model and, consequently, the higher the compensation.
