Since it will be our first business transaction, we would like to request for a payment in full amount, with a down payment, or LC payment for the direct transaction. We are able to issue bonds.
If a transaction can be made via company A, they know very well about the polymer industry within China, so they might be able to offer support for cleansing, too.
As for the cost reduction, we are able to offer 10% discount from the current price.
