The sea mail of international parcels is only one -way fare so it takes returning fee.
It is depends on the country but it cost more than one-way fare. when you collect, it will be fine to collect only after arrived at destination. In addition to this, it takes about over 2 month. We collect after those period, so there is no merit in here. I am so sorry about this situation, but I hope you understand to wait until it safely arrived at destination.
