COVID-19のパンデミックにより航空便が大幅に減少し大半の国際小包が配送遅延となり、購入者よりネガティブフィードバックが相次いだことによりOrder Defect Rateが1%を超えました。

遅延となったご注文についてはお客様に状況を説明し全て返金で対応しております。

このような状況を認識しネガティブフィードバックを増やさないため6月より販売を一時停止しております。
現在は航空便の回復を待って販売の再開のために待機している段階ですが、回復の見通しはまだない状況です。

We experienced our order defect rate has been exceeding 1 percent due to the plural negative feedbacks from the customers, because of huge delay of the international Postal services by reducing number of flights on the Covid-19 pandemic.

To our customers affected, we refunded all the payments given with our explanations.

In order to reduce the number of such negative feedback, we are temporally closing our shop since the past June at the moment.
We are waiting for resuming the flights for reopening our business, but we are not seeing any of recovery at the moment.
