製品仕様書については検査機関が指定するフォーマットがあり、製品写真を送って頂ければこちらで作成します。
作成した書類をPDFで送りますので、インボイスと併せて輸送箱に入れてください。

検査機関への輸送についてですが、御社手配でお願いできないでしょうか？
輸送は元払いの条件で、全ての金額が決定しましたらご請求書を発行して下さい。

-Regarding the freight to Japanese inspection agency

Attached document: Invoice / Product specification
There are the product specification format designated by inspection agency, so we will make it once you send me the product's picture.
I will send you the document I made by PDF, please put it into the freight box with invoice.

Regarding to delivery to inspection agency, would you please arrange it on your side?
Please put the shipment condition paid by the shipper, and issue the invoice when all amount will be fixed.
