本稿では、プロジェクトマネジメントの授業で「マシュマロ・チャレンジ」というゲームを取り入れた結果を報告する。マシュマロ・チャレンジはチーム育成の教育用ゲームである。その概要は「1チームは4人で構成する。各チームに乾燥パスタ20本、マスキングテープ90cm、ひも90cm、マシュマロ1つ、メジャー1つが与えられる。できるだけ高いタワーを立てることが目標」というものである。本授業の前後にプレ・アンケート、ポスト・アンケートを行い、意識の変化を調べた。
In this script, the result of a game called Marshmallow Challenge incorporated to the project management class. Marshmallow challenge is an educational game for team building. The outline is to form a team of 4, each team is provided 20 pieces of dried pasta, a 90 cm masking tape, a 90cm rope, 1 marshmallow and one measure, and the goal is to build a highest possible tower. Studied was a shift of one's consciousness by conducting questionnaires before and after the class.
