「テナントの面倒が大変で費用もかかったのに、私が何もケアしてくれなかった」というのが
彼の言い分でした。しかし、今までそのような連絡は全くなく、当然私としても対処のしようもなかったので、その旨を彼に伝え、必要なケアは何でもするので契約を継続してほしいとお願いしたのですが、その後何度連絡をしても返答がない状態です。
私が心配なのは現在の家の状態です。早く現状を把握し必要な対処をしたいのが私の望みです。
