The Influencer and Company agree that this Agreement shall
begin on the date listed above, and continue until the project is completed, or until

month, year, or a flat fee} to the influencer, and will render this payment {weekly,
monthly, upon completion of job, etc.}
The Influencer will keep confidential all intellectual and/or physical information that
they learn in the process of this arrangement.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, provided that the terminating
party gives written notice {length of time} prior to termination.
