本日商品が届きました。早速、動作チェックを行いましたが以下の重大な問題があります。
充電をx時間以上しましたが充電器のランプは赤いままで充電が終わりません。そして電源を入れてもバッテリ残量は0です。
充電器は正常にDC29.4vを出力している事を確認済です。
その後、付属の説明書を再確認しパラメータも初期値で問題ありません。
商品の梱包状態には問題なく、初期不良の可能性が高いと考えています。
その他、確認する必要がある箇所があれば教えて下さい。
この問題に対して大至急対応をお願いします。

I charged more than x hours but the charger lamp stayed red and would not finish charging. I turned the power on but the remaining battery level stayed 0.
I checked the charger to find it output DC29.4v without any problem.
Then, I read the operation manual included again to find that it was at default parameter, so there was not any problem.
The packaging of the product was good so it must be due to initial failure.
Please let me know if there is anything that I need to check.
