7月中旬にWebフォームで問い合わせた際、商品代金全額($100)を返金して頂けるとのことでしたが、まだ一部($10)しか返金されておらず、残りの金額($90)がまだ返金されていません。クレジット会社に問い合わせましたが、残りの金額について貴社からの返金手続きの連絡をまだ受けていないとのことです。なお、$10の返金についてはクレジット会社経由での受け取りが完了しています。$10の返金に関する返金明細書を本フォームに添付します。早急に全額を返金して頂くようお願いします。
I was told that all the cost of the product ($100) would be refunded when I asked about it on a Web form in the mid-July , but only a part of it ($10) was returned and the rest of it ($90) has not been back yet. I asked a credit card company, who said that they have not been contacted by you regarding the rest of the money. The $10 has been completed its refund process via the credit card company. I have attached a copy of the form showing a detail of the $10 of the refund. Please pay me back the rest of the money immediately.
