そういう風に植物に対し一つ一つ丁寧に育てると食べるときにも感謝の心が自然と生まれるし、実際そのように心を込めて作られた果物や野菜は本当においしかった。
そこで出会った人たちとは同じ部屋に寝泊りし、毎日一緒に働き、同じものを食べ、多くのことを語りあった。
3ヶ月というのは短いようで割りと長いほうで、やはり帰っていく人もたくさんいた。
