Album has been already received.I would like to be honest so I have to state that I'm very very satisfied with condition of record but not with cover.Cover shows yellow aging and wear and can not be qualified as EX.I will be generous to give a Near EX but normally it is a strong VG+ according to other Japanese sellers grading (I have purchased a lot of albums from Japan with many sellers to be very accurate and other not to be as accurate as should)
