We are looking for someone to curate a list of English websites that provide content similar to Lifehacker.

Volume: List up of 20 websites

Submission deadline: Oct. 26 9:00AM (Japan Standard Time)

Reward: 20 USD (2000 JPY)

Subject/Target:
Sites do not need to be well known as long as the content meets the following criteria.

Must meet criteria:
1. Sites with information you can use/apply right after reading.
2. Sites that help you realize something, or with surprising info.
3. Sites with ideas that can change your way of thinking.
( curious information that piques your interest)

Examples of Media sites we prefer:
1. Business (Ex. http://www.inc.com/)
2. Know how, explanations on how to do something well. (Ex. http://www.makeuseof.com/)
3. Psychology and brain science, information on interesting and specialized fields. (Ex. http://blog.crew.co/
4. Cooking and cuisine (Cooking know-how, rather than simple recipes)
5. Science (Easy to understand explanations about science. Information on scientific approaches to handle everyday life tasks would be best)

*Please refrain from listing up any information on erotic material. However, psychology of love and romance is acceptable.

Media to be avoided:
Politics, Celebrity news, Current events news

Other Important points:
1. If possible, articles related to self-revelation should be avoided. Such as media which have a lot of the types of themes in the following link.
(Ex. Pick the Brain:http://www.pickthebrain.com/blog/)
2. Content should be something that Japanese/People living in Japan would find interesting. (Content that is not too localized. For example, the Airbnb blog (http://blog.airbnb.com/) Local lens covers a variety of regions, but is perhaps too local for a Japanese audience to find engaging.
3. Information that is not widespread in Japan (Ex. Popular Science. Media not limited to science is of course welcome too)
4. Personal blogs are also a viable source (Ex. James Clear Blog、Dr. Stu's bloghttp://realdoctorstu.com/)
5. As long as the articles are high quality and not only product introductions, corporate site media (owned media) is OK (Ex. http://99u.com/、Airbnb blog、Buffer blog)
6. Personal blogs or copyright free media (Ex. http://zenhabits.net/uncopyright/)
