I am looking for someone who is 100% native English speaker and able to edit an article to be native friendly.
It probably will not take much time as it has already been written in English and consists of 775 words.
However, there still may some confusing or inappropriate sentences that are difficult to be understood by people from overseas. So, I'm asking you to edit them WITHOUT changing the meaning.

・Must have native English skills and enough reading comprehension.
・Having knowledge of or at least an interest in Japanese (food) culture is preferred.
・No Japanese skills are needed.
