I have two years experience in the translation of journal articles and academic papers related to the area of Social Sciences (Anthropology, Archaeology, Sociology). I'm not that skillful if the article or the paper is related to other areas of Science, but I can try and learn the terms.

Recently I've translated the article "Comic Book Masculinity and the New Black Superhero" by Jeffrey A. Brown. My client wanted it in Spanish because he needed for his essay, which would be published in a Mexican Social Science Journal.

Previously, I've translated some abstracts, from Spanish to English, for anthropologists and sociologists who often publish their articles in journals. One of them was José Gamboa Cetina's abstract for an article about the Mexican erotic comic.

I've translated, from English to Spanish, some articles related to Archaelogy, like Karl Taube's article "The Symbolism of Jade in Classic Maya Religion".
