I am a Japanese native who is educated and currently residing in the US. My experience in attending schools and working in both Japan and the US gave me a deep understanding of both languages and cultures, which I believe it shows in my translation work.
I can translate anything from a casual email to a formal document.

What You Can Expect
My past projects include; news articles (politics/global issues/health), business emails, business documents, manga(comic books), subtitles, lyrics, scripts, blog posts, and many more. I also majored in International Relations and minored in economics in college, so I LOVE translating anything related to those fields.

Hi, my name is Adaora. I recently started pursuing my career in the translation field.
I am a native speaker of Japanese and am also fluent in English.
I recently graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
While I was in my sophomore year, I started working as a server at a Japanese restaurant where I constantly used both English and Japanese.
I became the head server quickly after I started my career in the industry, which gave me the opportunity to experience more than just the hospitality aspect of the job. I successfully trained and managed a diverse group of employees while I was also responsible for the majority of the administration tasks.
I believe I have gained a lot of useful skills and knowledge from the job that makes my translation stand out from the rest.
