I am a native Brazilian fluent in English and specialized in Translation.
To study English for more than 8 years helped me to discover a passion for languages and foreign cultures, which led me to grow interest on take translation as my profession. I don't have much of professional experience, but at college I've worked with every type of translation from literary, technical and general to subtitling and audiodescription. Also, I've already done jobs as Over-the-phone Interpreter (English-Portuguese).
I'm a translator whose academic backgroud stands with a translation bachelor's degree in one of the most important universities of Brazil (Universidade de Brasília), two scientific researches on translation and three years of experience on a research group on audiovisual translation and subtitling.
I pride myself on being extremely professional and aim to always deliver a job well before deadline. I am extremely proud of my personable yet professional manner and possess excellent communication skills.
