I am an English<>Arabic translator, proofreader, interpreter and subtitler.
I would like to offer my services and apply for the posted job.
I have much previous experience in dealing with translation, proofreading, interpretation and subtitling tasks.
I worked under the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as a Sr. Translator, Interpreter and Coordinator.
I also work for Localize Group, a US-based translation company with an associate branch in Egypt, as a Senior Translator and QA Manager.
To be brief:
- I have a BA in the English Language, obtained from a University in Egypt.
- I have much previous experience (6 YEARS) in dealing with translation and interpretation areas.
- I can work on many CAT Tools, particularly SDL Trados 2015.
- I can work on many subtitling software, e.g. Subtitle Workshop, Subtitle Edit, EZTitles IV, etc.
- I can translate in many areas of expertise, including, but not limited to, Automotive, Legal, SW, HW and Financial fields.
- As for the daily capacity, it is approx. 1500-2500 words; perhaps more or less depending on the material and the deadline.
