I specialize in translating documents from English-Indonesian/Indonesian-English.

I have been working as a freelance since 2012. My earliest projects were abstracts, mostly. I take my job very serious. I am capable of working under pressure and long hours. I am responsible, adaptive, and honest. I specialize in English-Indonesian and vice versa translation. I usually work with researchers and academicians regarding their research project. My line of work usually involve translating historical texts (particularly translating pre-Independence Indonesian texts to English), articles, letters or any other documents.

My latest project is working with a PhD student from Germany regarding her thesis. I translate documents and articles written in pre-Independence Indonesian language. The reason I put "pre-Independence" is because that particular Indonesian language is significantly different with modern Indonesian. There are many obsolete terms, different spelling system, complicated syntax, and the like.
