Until when can I place orders?


The final submission deadline is 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17.

For Light and Standard requests, projects that cannot be completed by 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17, will no longer be able to be requested.

For Market projects, since you set your own deadline, you can place orders until just before the service ends. However, any projects that are not completed by 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17, will be automatically canceled by the system.


What will happen to the submitted deliverables?


After the service ends, you will no longer be able to access your My Page. Please make sure to review your order history and download any submitted deliverables before the service ends.


I have coupon credits or refund credits. Will I be able to receive a refund?


For any valid coupon credits you currently hold, we will refund the amount to your specified payment method. Please note that expired points will remain non-refundable, as per our existing policy.

Additionally, if you have refund credits in your account due to order cancellations, we will also process a refund.

We will contact users eligible for refunds to confirm the payment details, so we appreciate your cooperation.

What happens to my unfinished projects?


If any contracts from "Post Jobs" or "Search Service" remain incomplete by 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17, they will be automatically canceled by the system.

If you have any ongoing or incomplete projects, please ensure they are marked as completed before the deadline.


I want to continue working with the freelancers I’ve been regularly hiring. Is that possible?


Although Conyac is ending its service, we are preparing a new service. We hope you will use the new service, which will allow you to continue placing orders easily and securely. We will provide more details about the new service soon.
