Updating Our Feedback System

Thank you for using Conyac.

We are pleased to announce the following updates to the Conyac Marketplace's feedback system.

To date, our feedback system has used a 4-level format. While it has worked well for us over the years, 5-levels tends to be the standard format for feedback online. We hope that this shift to a 5-level system will enable more nuance and be a win-win for both freelancers and clients.

Existing feedback will be converted to fit the 5-level format as follows.

In addition to the existing public feedback system, we will enable clients to leave separate private feedback.

Since it will only be read by the Conyac operations team, you can send more candid feedback. We will be using this to improve Conyac for all participants.

Please note that the feedback for Light and Standard requests will remain as it is.
