[Overview]
This is a position opening for an upcoming project which consists of monolingual phrase creation.
In the upcoming project, project members will be creating 50,000 phrases in 4 different languages(Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese-simplified).
Upon beginning the project, we are hiring users who possess the skill and talent for project management.

Project management may sound like a bland task, but in reality it your wits and creativity will be challenged in order to structure a nice flowing project.
In other words, if you like problem solving, this position is for you. And, we'll assure that the position will provide an opportunity to engage with project members applying from all over the world.

The monolingual phrase creation project which is undergoing preparations for its launch later this month is an sequel to the project launched in 2016.

[Opening Positions]
Project Manager: 4 openings
*1 opening for each of the 4 languages

[Position Roles]
PM will be responsible for 2 main tasks in order to accomplish the objective; creation 50,000 phrases.
-Progress management
-Quality Standardization

[Schedule]
-Start phrase creation: 2017-12-18(Mon)
*Project instructions for project manager will be given prior to the start date.
-Due date: 2018-1-14(Tue)
-Quality Inspection Schedule:
Phase 1: 2017-12-22(Fri)~ 2017-12-24(Sun)
Phase 2: 2018-1-5(Fri)~ 2018-1-9(Tue)
Phase 3: This phase will be set after assessing the reports from phase 2

[概要]
2016年度に実施したモノリンガル会話文作成プロジェクト(https://conyac.cc/ja/place/projects/2378)に続き、
本年も新たにプロジェクトの開始を予定しており、実施に際してプロジェクトマネージャー(以下PM)を採用いたします。
今回は4言語(日本語・英語・簡体字・韓国語)に渡って、各50,000フレーズの作成を達成目標とし、
PMはプロジェクトの運用において幅広く携わります。
そのため、このお仕事募集では、プロジェクト管理に長けたユーザーを募集させていただいております。

プロジェクト管理は地味な役割であると思われる傾向がありますが、その実は機転と創意工夫によって流動的に進行するプロジェクトを構築するという、
やりがいのあるお仕事です。問題を解決することに達成感を感じる、といった方にはお勧めの仕事です。
また、世界各国に住むユーザーからの応募が見込まれるので、様々なバックグラウンドを持ったユーザーとコミュニケーションを取りながら、
プロジェクトメンバーを目標達成へと導くことができるのも、プロジェクトマネージャーの醍醐味でしょう。
実際のフレーズ作成を実施するワークベンチ(Marketプロジェクト)は現在準備中で、それに先行して4名のPM(1名/言語)を募集しております。

[スケジュール]
フレーズ作成作業開始: 2017年12月18日(月)
フレーズ作成作業完了: 2018年1月14日(火)
総作業日数:24日間

品質検証日程:
　一次: 2017年12月22日(金)~ 2017年12月24日(日)
　二次: 2018年1月5日(金)~ 2018年1月9日(火)
　三次: 二次品質検証の結果を踏まえて改めて日程を設定
