The box was not in mint condition prior to sale and was sold as is, with a picture of the box included in the ad. In order to resolve this matter, I am prepared to offer to refund the price you paid for shipment, $40. I am sure we both have better things to do with our time than to quibble, and I would prefer to resolve this as I am not a malicious or vindictive person. I hope you find this correspondence in the spirit in which it is intended, and are prepared to finalize this matter."
