Sorry for my late reply, I has been out for my business. I checked the figurine yesterday, and found that three leaves were cracked. As there was no cracked leaves in the package, it is supposed that it was cracked before shipping, not during the shipping. But you said that it had no crack. It is very regretful. I want to return this figurine. Otherwise, can you give me a discount as partial refund?

There was no piece of the missing leaves in the package, so damage was not caused during shipment but the original defect. You said that there was no defect. I am very for what you said.
