P delivered with a BS warranty that are alleged to be defective may be returned by End Users to D,along with proof of the date of purchase of such products,within the applicable warranty period.D shall ship to BS,returned product which D confirms is under warranty and defective,within 30 days from the date of delivery to D.Upon receipt of the allegedly defective product,BS shall either ship a replacement product or at BS’s option,BS’s current quivalent product to D or repair such defective product and re-ship such repaired product to D. D shall bear the shipping charges to ship the defective product to BS and BS shall bear the shipping charges to ship replacement product to D.
