先日のオーダーで下記のものが1点だけ到着していません。
こちらは後日届きますでしょうか?
もしくは品切れでしょうか?
先日のオーダーは2回の発送に分けて送られてきました。
2回目は添付の内容で発送されました。
以前カスタマーサービスには送料がかからないようにまとめて商品を送ってもらうよう
依頼しました。2回目の発送については手違いでしょうか?

Will it be delivered later day?
Is it out of stock?
The other day's order was delivered separated into two times.
The second one was sent with attached content.
We have asked the customer service to ship in one package so as not to rise shipping costs. Was the second shipping was by mistake?

I'd like to ask a question about my order. If it is more appropriate that customer service answer my question I can ask there.
One of the items below has not arrived. Will this be arriving at a later date? Or is it out of stock?
My last order was sent in two separate shipments. The second shipment arrived with the attached contents. Up until now, customers service has sent all the products together as I have requested, so that they don't incur additional shipping costs. Was the second shipment made in error?
