お客様から不良品とのことで返品を受けましたが
確認したら不良ではありませんでした。
商品代金の返金はするが送料はお客様に負担してもらいまいです。
商品が問題なく動くところを動画で確認してもらおうとしましたが信憑性がないという理由で取り合ってもらえません。
お客様からはebayに言えと言われました。

返送にかかった送料はお客様に負担してもらいたいです。

I received the item returned from the customer by the reason that it is an item with defect.

We received a return from a customer because the customer says it is a defective product. But we make sure it isn't a defective product. We will refund the product price but have the custom bear the shipping cost. We wanted to have the customer check the movie that showed the product was moving without any problems.
