御社への返送料は私達で持ちますので、新しい商品と交換してもらえませんか?
また、新しい商品を出荷する際に、このような汚れがないかチェックして頂けますか?
9月25日にオーダーした刺繍入り商品の6点のインボイスをまだ受け取っていません。
刺繍の文字数に問題があり、確認待ちになっている商品以外を先に送ってくれと頼んだはずですがどうなってますか?
