The white portion of the right eye has been chipped and the paint has come off. The paint for the skin feels very rough and is completely different from the paint used on the one in the photo. It's been very crudely put together, I don't think that it could be worth $339.99. I don't plan to return it but I would like to receive a partial refund based on the damaged eye. As the eyes on a baby doll are a truly important part of the doll, I would like a refund of $100. I am waiting for your favorable reply.

The white portion of doll’s eyeball was dropped out. The painted color and the roughness image of doll was totally different from the image you have posted on the website. It is really inferior product and I don’t think it worth $399.99. I don’t wan to return, but I want you to make a partial reimbursement for the drop out white. The eyeball is the most import part of the baby doll so I want you to refund $100.00. Anyway, I will be waiting for your favorable reply.
