I asked Japan Post now and I was told that since the baggage is in Italy they can't ask them to ship it. Therefore it seems the only way is you ask Italian Post to resend it after confirm the tracking number.

I'm not good at Italian language, so I'm using a software for translation to e-mail.

Ho chiesto adesso alle poste giapponesi e mi è stato detto che siccome il bagaglio è in Italia loro non possono richiedere la spedizione. Sembra pertanto che l'unica soluzione sia che lei richieda alle Poste Italiane di rispedirlo e che dopo confermi il numero di riferimento.

Non sono bravo con la lingua italiana e pertanto sto usando un software per tradurre l'email.
