こんにちは。商品が無事に到着しました。出品する時に説明では「Brand New」新品であることで購入しました。実際には新品ではなく錆び、埃が入っおり箱に破れていました。アウトレット商品であります。大変申し訳けございませんが返品させて頂きたいと思います。私が返送料を負担しますのでPayPalで支払った送料を含めて全額を返金お願いします。到着を楽しみにしてましたが本当に残念です。

En fait, ce n’est pas tout nouveau. c’est rouillé, il y a poussière dedans, et le paquet s’est déchiré. C’est le produit de débouché. Je suis vraiment désolé, mais je voudrais le renvoyer.
Je paye l’affranchissement de renvoi. Remboursez-moi le montant total y compris l’affranchissement payé par PayPal, s’il vous plaît. J’ai eu hâte de le recevoir, mais c’est vraiment domage.
