We have taken note of your complaint of defect - it looks like a cut in the fabric and we are also checking with our production how it passed !
To avoid expensive transportation costs, we request the client bring us the piece when we meet in Tokyo this June. We will check the defect and its cause, and in case authorised by our accounts, issue a credit note or adjust the amount in the next payment.
Noted below but howe long the T-shirt length supposed to be?
At the moment we do not have enough stocks of mouse merino to complete the press sample by May 1st. We are expecting the next delivery of merinos mid to late May, is it going to be possible to extend the delivery date for the sample until then?

不具合のご連絡、確認いたしました。繊維が切れてしまっているように見受けられますが、なぜこのような不具合が検査を通ってしまったのか、製造部に原因を確認中でございます。

本年の６月にクライアントと東京で会う予定がございますので、高額な輸送費がかかるのを避けるため、今回の不具合品をクライアントに持ってきてもらうよう依頼します。現物と不具合発生原因を調査致しまして、経理部門の承認を得たのちに負担額通知書を発行、もしくは次回の支払にて相殺という処置をとらせて頂きます。

確認でございますが、Tシャツの丈はどのくらいになりますでしょうか？
５月１日までに宣伝用サンプルを仕上げるのに十分なマウスメリノの在庫が現在ございません。メリノ商品の次回入荷が５月中旬から下旬となっておりますので、サンプル出荷納期をそれまで延ばして頂くことは可能でしょうか。
