I’ll spend all kinds of time agonizing over a $10 purchase for myself, but a $30 ceramic pet dish? That’s easy!
I’ve got what I call a “golden cuddle fox” named Max. He’s a Pomeranian Chihuahua about 11 years old, and weighs about 16 lbs. He was skipping his breakfast more often than not, and for some reason I thought an elevated bowl would help. It did.
There are many elevated bowls on Amazon. I wanted something that wasn’t plastic, was durable, and aesthetically pleasing. This bowl appeared to be by far the best for my criteria.
When I opened the Amazon box, and took out another much nicer package, my initial thought was “oh no, this is too small”.

I love these bowls so much! I have Chihuahua puppies and these bowls are the perfect height for them.
They are solid, heavy, and easy to clean. They are also safe to use for the microwave. They go perfectly with my decor.
